As a chapter we finished off this year with an incredible appreciation banquet at Mamacita’s! Texas State staff and Our Lady of the Lake University joined us for food and fun. Door prizes were awarded to many lucky attendees and even valuable scholarships to a select few. We’d like to congratulate our own Texas State AITP chapter Treasurer, Monica Sandoval, for winning a scholarship award this year! We also recognized winners from this years USITCC and members who had participated head and shoulders above the rest.
Keynote
We had the joy of Mark Mills from PayPal joining us to deliver a keynote speech! He spoke about his years of experience with companies like Whole Foods, PayPal, and even the landscape of consulting during the .com boom and subsequent bust. On behalf of the chapter we would like to thank Mr. Mills for his time and wisdom.
Send-off
To wrap up the banquet we sent off our seniors with their graduation cords. We have a lot of members graduating this upcoming week and will miss their participation dearly. We wish the best for every graduating senior and look forward to seeing what they accomplish in the future! Check out the photos below for snapshots from the entire night.
