Executive President
- Assist members and officers with questions or concerns
- Delegate tasks to officers
- Oversee projects to ensure they are running smoothly
- Prepare chapter calendar
- Preside over chapter meetings and events
Executive Vice President
- Assist members and officers with questions or concerns
- Delegate tasks to officers
- Plan, lead, and execute IT Symposium in the Fall
- Plan, lead, and execute Appreciation Banquet in the Spring
- Preside over chapter meetings and events
Vice President of Promotions
- Manage ITSA mailing list
- Create flyers for events and send out updates via mailing list
- Keep flyer boards in McCoy up to date with events
- Design, decorate, and distribute anything ITSA related (t-shirts, flyers, etc)
- Keep social media for ITSA up to date
Vice President of Chapter Affairs
- Recruit members for ITSA
- Plan, schedule, and organize club events
- Oversee events assigned by the President and V.P.
- Reserve rooms for ITSA events as necessary
- Create progress updates for all chapter events and projects
Vice President of Membership
- Track new members by collecting payment and meetings and events
- Document paid members and their attendance points accordingly
- Create membership status reports
- Organize and tally membership points for regional and national events
- Assist V.P. of Promotions with t-shirts
Vice President of Corporate Relations
- Schedule professional speakers for chapter meetings & special events
- Correspond with businesses in a professional manner
- Maintain communication with professional businesses
- Attend chapter meetings and information sessions for networking purposes
- Introduce speakers at chapter meetings and events
Vice President of Information Technology
- Manage chapter website
- Communicate with other officers to obtain materials for the site
- Ensure chapter calendar is up to date
- Write blog posts with regards to upcoming chapter events
Treasurer
- Manage PayPal account, keeping track of when new members have paid
- Work closely with the V.P. of Membership
- Record expenses and track chapter budget
- Ensure supplies for chapter meetings and events are in stock
- Write reimbursement checks as necessary
V.P. of Records
- Take photos of ITSA events and meetings
- Take meeting notes and keep track of time during chapter meetings
- Upload all pictures and notes to Texas State’s learning management system
- Work closely with the V.P. of I.T. and V.P. of Promotions
